I'm pleased to announce A3 prints and greeting card editions from the "Shift - Witness" series are now available for purchase through @creek_artisan_shop courtesy of @creek_creative.

So many incredibly beautiful works of art to be purchased from a wide range of talents, and always an opportune moment to enjoy some nourishment from @gallery_kitchen_cafe while you think it over.

I'll be making sure to keep supplying new editions, fresh off the press so make sure to keep popping into the shop or to check on here for further releases 👍🏻.

It's a bit messy to document while adding the iron sulphate and the transformation is quite instantaneous so wasn't worth setting up a video.

But as you can see quite a transformation. 7 day fermented knopper gall (gallic acid) solution on the left, and then moments later after adding the Iron sulphate on the right. No Gum Arabic has been added yet.

Looks to be a promising batch!

The forbidden coffee. Forgot to photograph the grinding stage but here we have 300g of crushed knopper oak galls steeping to extract as much Gallic Acid as possible. About a week should do it 👍🏻.

Reminds me of dandelion root coffee weirdly.
